Do you work only with nonprofits?
Yes. Intelligent Minds focuses exclusively on nonprofits, with a local focus on San Antonio. Churches and religious organizations are one part of that nonprofit focus.
Do we have to change accounting software?
Our accounting approach is built around Xero. If payroll is included, we use Gusto, and Ramp is the preferred spending and receipt platform. We’ll discuss current tools and proposed changes during discovery.
Can you work with our donor platform?
We assess the platform’s API access, permissions, and data to determine what can be connected. Custom integrations are scoped after that review.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is flat-rate for an agreed scope. We discuss your accounting needs, workflows, and budget before proposing an engagement.
Can reports follow the format our board uses?
Yes. Customized reporting is central to our approach. We learn what your leaders need to see and design reports around those priorities.
